📦 CLDFIT Refund Policy – Exclusive Access & Pre-Drop Orders

At CLDFIT, we stand behind every piece we design. Each item is crafted with intention, produced in small batches, and made to deliver comfort and performance — whether you’re gaming or chilling.

Because of the exclusive nature of our Pre-Drop and Exclusive Access launches, our return policy reflects this limited-edition model.


❌ No Refunds on Exclusive Access or Pre-Drop Orders

All sales made during Exclusive Access or Pre-Drop events are final.
We only produce what is ordered — no surplus, no waste.
That means no cancellations, no exchanges, and no refunds on these items.


✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products (Official Drop only)

If your product arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2️⃣ Clear photos showing the issue
3️⃣ A brief explanation of the problem

We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


❌ No Refunds on Worn or Washed Items

To ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.


🔜 Official Drop Refund Policy

A different return policy will apply for Official Drops — some items may become eligible for returns or exchanges.
